Recommended post slide out is very useful for your blog to increase pageviews. It grabs attention of visitors to view recommended  post. In wordpress there are lots of plugin to implement this, but how to install recommended post slideout widget in blogger? Don't worry. I have brought code for you.
How to install(manually):
Go to Dashboard>>>Layout>>>Add A Gadget>>>Html/Javascript
Now paste the following code
